Luis Ritto : Head of Delegation
Renaud-François Moulinier
• Deputy to Head of Delegation for relations with the Holy See and with UN agencies in Rome (political aspects as well as key issues of the FAO, WFP, IFAD);
• Relations with FAO: participation in meetings of FAO Governing Bodies (Conference, Council and technical committees);
• Participation and follow -up of Agriculture and Food Security Committees;
• Relations with World Food Program (participation in meetings of the Executive Board and ad hoc consultations);
• Follow-up of EC-FAO and EC-WFP cooperation resulting from the signature of Strategic Partnerships;
• "Trade Officer".
Thierry Negre
• Adviser to Head of Delegation in food security and food aid matters; seconded from the EC Joint Research Centre (JRC).
• Relations with FAO: participation to the World Food Security Committee and follow-up of EC/FAO partnership in the food security sector.
• Relations with WFP: participation to the Executive Board meetings and informal consultations, with particular attention to need aments.
• Liaison between JRC and the UN organisations in Rome.
• Conception, implementation and evaluation of JRC food security activities involving FAO, WFP ad he European Space Agency (ESA).
• Contribution to the definition of JRC Strategy in food security in close liaison with other EC Directorates General.
A POURVOIR
• Assistant to Head of Delegation for all horizontal issues of the Delegation;
• Relations with FAO : Participation and follow-up of Fisheries and Commodity Problems Committees;
• Liaison officer with FAO for coordination and preparation of EC participation in meetings of all Governing Bodies (Conference, Council, Technical Committees);
• Deputy "Trade Officer" for relations with UN agencies in Rome.
Soline De Villard
• Relations with International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), together with Head of Delegation;
• Follow-up of relations with World Food Program, on specific matters, together with Deputy Head of Delegation;
• Relations with FAO : Participation and follow-up of Forestry Committee;
• Follow-up food safety as well as environment issues, and participation in related meetings.
Noelle Bouvard
• Head of Administration (HoA) : Management, under the responsibility of the Head of Delegation, of the administrative and financial section, in particular as regards the accounts, the budget, the staff management, the physical assets and security;
• Imprest account holder;
• Coordination and follow-up of Protocol and other administrative matters vis à vis the FAO and the host country;
• Responsible for IT System of Delegation.
Graziella Carrai Guerrato
• Accountant (RAI Dos and RAI WEB);
• Assistance to Head of Administration (HoA) on budgetary matters and imprest accountant;
• Secretarial assistance to HoA;
• Assistance in planning of missions (including hotel reservations for visitors from Brussels), in training of staff members and in Protocol affairs with FAO.
Belinda Bergamaschi
• Responsible of correspondence, documentation and archives (DMO;
• Vatican matters;
• Press and Information officer (P & I): Newsletter & Website;
• Organisation of events and high-level visits;
• Assistance to HOD and Counsellors.
Sylvia Fantoli
• Secretary to Head of Delegation;
• Management of daily calendar of the HoD as well as follow-up of weekly activities of the Delegation;
• Responsible for summaries of internal management meetings;
• Assistance in the preparation of coordination meetings with Member States and other organisations, including preparation of files.
Giulio Angelini
• Driver for Head of Delegation and, when necessary, of other Counsellors;
• Maintenance of the Delegation's two cars, including control and up-date of relevant car documents and of car log book;
• Pick-up and delivery of mail to and from FAO as well as pick-up of supplies from suppliers;
• Hand delivery of Delegation's documents to the bank and use of automatic postal franker;
• Assistance with archives.
