EU Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner to speak at Columbia University

The Columbia University Institute for the Study of Europe (ISE) of the School of International and Public Affairs welcomes Benita Ferrero-Waldner, European Commissioner for External Relations, speaking about "The EU in the World: a Hard Look at Soft Power."

Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner's remarks will be followed by a brief Q & A period.
